Boys Varsity Track, Girls Varsity Track · Track and Field Preseason Workouts for the 2017 season

Athletes interested in competing for the Warriors track and field team for the 2017 spring season will have an opportunity to prepare by attending preseason workouts.

The Warriors will be hosting workouts beginning November 28th, 2016. Athletes who intend on competing are encouraged to attend as often as possible. Preseason is not mandatory. Athletes will need to be in good academic standing and must have a current physical clearing them to participate.

Students who attend Stall High School must see Coach Casson before attending workouts. Students who attend School of the Arts and are zoned to compete for Stall are encouraged to attend. S.O.A. students must contact Coach Casson before attending.

Workouts begin at 3:45 p.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students will meet the coaches at the weight room.
